Counselling Therapy

I use a client-centred approach, tailored to your individual needs and style to best support you to experience breakthroughs in areas of emotional and mental hurdles. My practice is evidence-based and integrative, and I mainly draw upon Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems Therapy, and Narrative Exposure Therapy for trauma, in addition to other modalities.
