I don't live in the UK, am I still able to book a therapy session with you?
Yes! I am able to offer online therapy sessions no matter your current location. My past and current clients are based all over the world.

What if you aren't able to help me?
In the instance that my areas of therapy expertise do not align with the type or level of care you require, I will provide you with assistance to connect to an appropriate treatment provider.

What is your policy for late arrivals or cancellations?
- £40 p/session for late cancellation (less than 24 hours notice) - Full session fee for “no show” (non-attendance without prior notice). I will wait 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment start time, and if you have not come online prior to that time, it will be considered as a no-show, and the full session fee will be applied. - If you are late arriving for a session we will still end at the usual time.

How should I prepare for our online therapy session?
Sessions should be conducted in a place where you have privacy, are away from all distractions, are not driving nor engaging in other activities that require your attention and focus, including minding children.

Will our therapy session be kept confidential?
Yes! Please note that the exceptions to your right to confidentiality is in the instances of emergent or imminent danger to you or someone else (i.e. active suicidal ideation/actions, active plan to harm someone else). Should there be an instance of emergent or imminent danger to you or someone else as described, I am mandated by the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) to report this to the local authorities in order for them to intervene for your safety or the safety of others.

The service provided through online therapy is not intended for crisis situations or urgent needs. In a crisis situation, please call 999 or local emergency services, or visit the nearest emergency room.
